Shipping Times
Delivery dates are approximate and estimates only, delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically specified in the Contract. Unless a guaranteed delivery date has been agreed, Tixymix LLC shall not be in default in case a stated or agreed delivery or other period has been exceeded.
In most cases the parcels are delivered with no incident, however due to the fact that third parties are involved in the delivery process there are risks that delays will occur. We ask that you are patient, and we will do our best to resolve any problems that arise. Below is an example of how it works.
General Tips
Before reaching out to us we recommend you double-check your tracking number to confirm the status of your order, and depending on the status, try doing the following. If you check that the item status is marked as ‘Delivered’ wait a while, because carriers may incorrectly mark an item before its delivered.
Marked as Delivered:

- If marked as delivered in the last 24 hours, give it one more day, as carriers may sometimes mark a package as delivered prematurely. Please contact us if it doesn’t show up within three days.
Still in Transit:

- The carrier may have been delayed and updated their estimated delivery window. As long as the tracking status was updated recently (in the past 2-3 days), everything should be OK, just wait for the package to be delivered.
- If you are still concerned, you can reach out to the carrier directly to see if you can get an update. The carrier will always have the most up-to-date information.
Pending Delivery:

- If your tracking status shows delivery as pending, reach out to the carrier to see if they can provide you with further details.
- Sometimes packages are marked as pending if the carrier is experiencing an issue on their end.
If none of the above works, and you have spoken with the carrier and they are unable to assist, please contact our customer support team with your order number. We’ll see what we can do to help.
How long will it take to get my order?
Products listed on this website have an estimated delivery time-frame, which you can use to find goods that not only meet your needs, but also are delivered within a time you are happy with.
Will you update me if my order is delayed?
Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking information to let you know at what stage your parcel is. You can check this at any time by logging into MyAccount. You can use this information to determine the status of your parcel. You will also be notified by email when your parcel progresses to the next stage.
Some products have longer shipping times, why is that?
Our sourcing team search far and wide to find unique products do have longer shipping time, but we hope the uniqueness of such items more than makes up for the additional shipping time. The reason such products have a longer shipping time is that they are sourced from our overseas trading partners.
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email with a tracking number to keep you updated every step of the way.
Do I have to pay return shipping if I need to make a return?
If we make a mistake in the order then we will cover the return cost. However, if the error is due to the placing of an incorrect order, then we are unable to cover the return shipping. If you notice the error in your order and advise us quickly, within an hour we will do our best to amend your order before it is shipped.
Do you deliver internationally?
We look forward to providing our products to as many countries as possible. However, due to logistical issues we sadly have not got the capacity to do this currently.
How can I track my online order?
When your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email. You can keep track of your parcels at any time by logging into your MyAccount and accessing ‘Orders’ in the dashboard.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
When your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with details, so you can find out where your parcel is at any time!
Your estimated delivery time will be similar to the time shown in the product description.
Some things to be aware of

- Orders submitted on Friday afternoon to Sunday evening will not be processed until the next working day.
- Delivery times may be longer than normal for orders placed during popular promotions and around seasonal events and public holidays such as Easter and Christmas.
- Please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods.
- Delivery may also take a little longer to rural areas, so it’s best to order early.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order is shipped you’ll receive an email to notify you that it’s on its way.
What happens if I do not complete the delivery address for my online order correctly?
If your order can not be delivered it will be sent back to us. Once we receive the order, we will cancel the order and refund you your money (less the return postage). If you want to re-order the items you will need to order the items again.
What should I do if my parcel does not arrive?
We request you wait a further 3 days if your parcel has not yet arrived. If after 3 additional days it does not arrive, please contact us and we will look into it.
