Why has my payment been declined?
All payments are validated by your bank or card provider — we don’t receive the reason for any declined payment.
If your payment didn’t go through, here are a few things to check:
1) Have you entered your card number and expiry date correctly?
2) Has the card expired?
3) Does your billing address and postcode/ZIP match your bank records?
4) Do you have sufficient funds?
If everything looks correct, try an alternative payment method or contact your bank for more details.
