Where is my order. Who can I contact?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If tracking doesn’t update right away, don’t worry — it’s usually updated overnight.

You can also track your parcel anytime by clicking Track My Parcel next to My Account on our website.

Please allow 2–3 business days for processing, plus standard delivery time depending on your item.

If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please login to My Account and Submit Ticket and we’ll look into it for you.
