Where is my order? who can I contact to find out?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail when the order has passed through the dispatch system with tracking details. If the tracking does not work straight away do not worry, as it is normally updated overnight.
It normally takes between 2 – 3 days. But please allow up to 5 business days after shipment for a domestic delivery to arrive. After this time if you haven’t received your order, please log into your My Account select “the order and click ‘View and Message”Submit Ticket” and let us know.
