When Will I Receive My Shipment?

Delivery times are industry averages as provided by our carriers. Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions.

Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may result in increased delivery times.

  •  Processing Time = time to process order (i.e label & pack and create tracking number)
  • Shipping Time = time taken to transport product from warehouse

General Tips

Before reaching out to us, we recommend you double-check your tracking number to confirm the status of your order, and depending on the status, try doing the following. If you check that the item status is marked as ‘Delivered’ wait a while, because carriers may incorrectly mark an item before its delivered. Other options you could try is have a quick look around the house

Marked as Delivered:

  • If marked as delivered in the last 24 hours, give it one more day, as carriers may sometimes mark a package as delivered prematurely. Please contact us if it doesn’t show up within three days.

Still in Transit:

  • The carrier may have been delayed and updated their estimated delivery window. As long as the tracking status was updated recently (in the past 2-3 days), everything should be OK, just wait for the package to be delivered.
  • If you are still concerned, you can reach out to the carrier directly to see if you can get an update. The carrier will always have the most up-to-date information.

Pending Delivery:

  • If your tracking status shows delivery as pending, reach out to the carrier to see if they can provide you with an explanation.
  • Sometimes packages are marked as pending if the carrier is experiencing an issue on their end.

If none of the above works, and you have spoken with the carrier and they are unable to assist, please contact our customer support team with your order number. We’ll see what we can do to help.
