What if my order is returned to sender?

This happens for a few reasons:

  • your shipping address was incorrectly filled out
  • you requested a redirection and it was unable to be completed
  • you weren’t home to receive the delivery and there was nowhere safe to leave it.

The courier will contact you a few times on your listed contact number and email address before redirecting your order back to us.

What can you do?

Contact the courier directly with your tracking number and give your updated shipping address.

Keep an eye on your tracking. Once your parcel is confirmed on its way back to us, please let us know. We can fast-track your store credit so you can re-order! Please note parcels deemed Return to Sender (RTS) are sent back with standard shipping.
