What if my order is returned to sender?

If your order is returned to sender, don’t worry — we’ll help you sort it out. This usually happens due to an incorrect address, a failed redirection, or if the courier couldn’t safely deliver the parcel.

Here’s what to do next:
Refer to the steps below to resolve the issue and request a replacement, store credit, or refund.

What to do next:

  1. Contact the courier using your tracking number and provide any updated address details
  2. Keep an eye on your tracking — once your parcel is confirmed as returning to us, please let us know
  3. Submit a support ticket: Log in to My Account, select Submit Ticket, and let our team know how you’d like to proceed

You can choose store credit (gift certificate) to re-order or request a refund.

Note: Return to Sender parcels are returned to us via standard shipping, which may take time to arrive.
