What if I’m Not Home When My Order Arrives?

Your order will be left at your address.

If you’re not home and your parcel doesn’t fit in your mailbox, our driver finds a suitable place to leave your parcel. They may even take a quick photo so there’s a record of where they left it.

Most couriers may also leave your order at a local collection point for pick up.

If something does go wrong and your parcel is returned to us, we’ll contact you to organize delivery.
