What happens when I return my items?

Your item will be assessed by our technicians or sent to the manufacturer. While we will try to complete all checks as quickly as possible, some complex products may take up to five to eight business days.

For some products that are complex in nature such as phones, cameras and computer equipment it may take longer to assess and resolve.

Rest assured that nearly all issues are resolved within several days

In the unlikely event that the total repair time is expected to take longer than a week we will let you know.
