What happens to returned-to-sender & refused packages?
This can happen for a variety of reasons, such as:
- the address is incorrect
- the carrier cannot deliver the package.
Packages returned to sender will be returned to stock and you will be issued with a store credit in the form of a gift certificate with the initial shipping costs deducted.
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been dispatched (although we will do our best to help).
Thus, to ensure your package is delivered to you please double check the address you entered to make sure it contains all the relevant information.
This includes the use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, including any other relevant instructions that may help the delivery person.
