Your order is carefully picked and packed and we do our best to ensure its correct. Should something go wrong, please login to your ‘My Account’ to let us know.
Important things to know:
- All requests for exchange and refund must be made within 15 days of taking delivery of product.
- Please don’t send the product back until you have received confirmation to send it back.
- Some product exclusions apply (see below)
Steps to start a return
- Log into My Account and choose Submit Ticket.
- We will reply back within 1-2 business days.
- Your options include: an exchange or to have the money refunded – using the same way it was paid. You can also choose store credit – you will be given a Gift Certificate for the value paid.
Returns
- Most products can be returned if in new condition, with the original packaging (including accessories, manuals) within 15 days of delivery. Returns must be undamaged and unsoiled.
Change of Mind Returns
- You can choose between exchange / store credit / refund. Only new and unused products may be returned within 15 days from delivery date. Used or worn products are not eligible for return or refund. Shipping and handling costs are not refunded, unless you choose to get store credit in the form of a Gift Certificate.
Exchanges
- Only new and unused products can be exchanged. Used products may not be exchanged.
- To exchange an item for a different variation, e.g., color, size, send the product back to us with a note indicating the product you would like. You will be responsible for shipping costs for sending the products back to us and for the shipping costs to send the exchanged products back to you.
Replacement of Defective/Damaged Products
- We will replace products if they are defective/damaged.
- Carefully check your item – If you see any visible damage to the packaging delivery should be refused. If you have already taken delivery, please contact us (via My Account)
Wrong Goods Sent
If the wrong product was sent to you, it will need to be returned within 15 days from the date product was delivered.
Shipping Charges – who pays?
We will pay the cost of shipping if the product sent was defective, damaged or the wrong product.
If the return is due to change of mind you will need to cover the cost of return shipping – unless you choose receive store credit in the form of a Gift Certificate.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in the same way as the original payment method.
If the product was purchased with a Gift Certificate the refund will be through Gift Certificate.
Returns/Exchanges/Replacements Packaging Requirements
Items returned must be in the original packaging and materials.
Reward Points Earned
When a product is returned the reward points earned will be deducted from your account. If there are insufficient points in the account to be removed, the return amount may be reduced by the value of the points shortfall.
Exceptions to change of mind returns
We don’t accept returns for the following products:
• Valentine, Easter, Halloween and Christmas product after the holiday. Holiday season items purchased after the holiday are final sales and no returns will be accepted.
• Custom and personalized items, including gift cards cannot be returned.
• Opened music, movies, software, video games, and collectibles cannot be returned, but if defective, they can be exchanged for an identical item.
• Apparel or footwear that have labels or tags removed or have been worn
• Any item damaged after delivery, however, the manufacturer’s warranty may apply. See the product literature or visit the manufacturer’s website for specific information and claim handling.
• Electronics, music, movies, software, video games and collectibles that have been opened. However, if the item is defective, it may be exchanged for an identical item.
• If you return an item for exchange, the replacement item that you receive cannot be refunded, it is only eligible for exchange.
At our sole discretion, we can choose to accept a return but charge a restocking fee of 10% of the sale price.
