Once we receive your return a confirmation email will be sent to you.

If you would like to check the progress of anything just Log into My Account and you will see the most recent communication. It’s that easy. Also check your email as you will be contacted and advised of the status of your returns.

It takes up to 5 business days to process a return at the warehouse.
