I’ve received the wrong item, what should I do?
If we have incorrectly sent the wrong item, please accept our apologies.
Log in to My Account and choose ‘Submit Ticket’ (below)
Once we receive your request and confirm it can be returned please follow the instructions we send you.
When we receive the product you will have the option of receiving either the correct product, a gift certificate or a refund of the purchase.
