I’m Missing an Item. What Should I Do?
We are sorry that you may be missing a product in your order.
Sometimes we ship items separately so please check your email for this order. It is possible that we sent only part of your order and the rest will be arriving soon.
First step check your email to see what was shipped – if the email shows that only part of the order was shipped, that means the order is not lost, and will be arriving soon.
Login to My Account, select “Orders”. Simply click on the order you want to review; you will then be able to see the items that have been shipped.
If after checking your email you can see everything was shipped but you are missing a product please login to My Account and choose “Raise Ticket” and let us know what has happened.
