I’m missing an item. What should I do?
We are sorry that something has gone wrong, we will try our best to sort things out.
** In most cases we have found that items are not lost – but have been shipped separately. **
One way to check this is to check your email for the shipping confirmation details. If the item missing is not shown as shipped then it is not lost, and most likely will arrive soon. We usually ship items this way as we prefer you get some of your items, rather than delay the whole shipment due to one item.
You should receive another invoice shortly with details of the remaining order.
If your email shows the item as shipped please login to My Account and choose “Submit Ticket” and let us know what has happened. We will do our best to sort it out quickly.
