I have only received part of my order?

We sometimes ship products from multiple warehouses. If your order was made up of multiple parcels these may have been separated during processing with our couriers and therefore may arrive separately. For items shipped from the U.S. warehouse. You will receive separate tracking emails and shipping times might be different.

The quickest way to check what was shipped is to check your emails which will show what has been shipped.

If you haven’t received your order within five days please contact customer support by logging into My Account and choosing “Submit Ticket” we will get onto it straight away.
