I have damaged or defective items, what do I do?

Return shipping for damaged or defective items is free. You just pick your preferred resolution.
Our technical staff will review the product upon its return. If the product is damaged or defective you will be entitled to a full refund (including all postage costs). You have the option of receiving an exchange or store credit to the full value of the refund that you can use to exchange it with either the same or another product.
The first step is to login to My Account and choose ‘Submit Ticket’ and let us know what has happened.
