I entered the wrong address, how do I fix it?
It is important to raise a ticket as soon as you realize this by logging into My Account and choosing “Submit Ticket”. Since we can only make changes before the order is shipped. Once the product is shipped we will not be able to make any changes.
We work hard to ship products fast; thus, we have limited time to respond. In the event that the delivery address you provided is still a valid address (but not your address), the package will be delivered to that address and we will not be able to recover the product.
If the address is slightly wrong, you may still get your parcel depending on which part(s) you have left out or miss-typed in the address, as your mail person / delivery courier may be able to make out the full address based on what you have provided.
In the event that the delivery address is invalid, the parcel will usually be returned to back to us. We will then contact you to see if you want the order to be resent to the correct address (you will need to pay the postage), or you would like a full refund for the cost of the goods.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays ranging from days to weeks as the package will most likely be returned to sender.
In such cases we will try our best to help you wherever possible to recover the parcel.
