I entered the wrong address, how do I fix it?

Please contact us as soon as possible — we can only update delivery details within 12 hours of placing your order and before it has been shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, unfortunately, we’re unable to modify the delivery address.

The best way to reach us is by logging into My Account and selecting Submit Ticket.

Refer to the process below for what to do:

Process to be followed:

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Select Submit Ticket
  3. Choose your order and explain the address error

Please note:

  • If your parcel is delivered to the incorrect but valid address, we may not be able to recover it
  • If your address was incomplete or invalid, the parcel may be returned to us
  • Once returned, we can either resend it (postage costs apply) or issue a refund for the goods

We’ll do our best to help recover your parcel where possible, but incomplete addresses may cause delays of days or even weeks.
