I didn’t receive my refund what shall I do?
Refunds are processed using the payment method you used to make the purchase.
Please allow several days for the refund to be processed, and please be assured that once approved it will be refunded within 3-4 business days.
From past experience most refunds occur occur within 3-4 business days once processed.
If after 4 days you have not received your refund please contact our friendly customer support team who can investigate the issue this can be most conveniently done through My Account.
