How will I know when my return has been processed?

You’ll receive an email update from our team once your return arrives at the warehouse and has been reviewed.

Returns are typically processed within 24 hours of delivery. If the item is damaged or faulty, you’re entitled to a full refund (including postage).

Alternatively, you can choose store credit for the full value, which can be used toward an exchange or future purchase.
