How do I change my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After that, your order is sent to our warehouse for processing and may no longer be editable. Please follow the steps below.

We’ll do our best to catch the order in time!

Steps to Request

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Select Submit Ticket
  3. Choose Order Support and select your order from the dropdown
  4. In the subject field, select Change an Order
  5. In the comments, tell us exactly what you’d like changed
  6. Click Create Ticket

Need to change your shipping address?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, follow the same steps above.

Please note: submitting a ticket does not guarantee the change — our team must manually confirm and update the details before the order is processed.
