How do I process a return?
Login to My Account > Submit Ticket, then complete the simple form. You can attach a file if you wish.
One we confirm your return we will send you details of the return address you will need to send the item. As always, we recommend you obtain a tracking number when you post the item back.
What’s happens next?
- Keep an eye out for tracking emails. Don’t forget to check your spam if you don’t get an email.
- We will let you know when we have received it and when your store credit is ready to use (or refund will be available).
