Can I exchange an item?
In most cases, yes — unless the item is excluded under our Returns Policy.
If you’d like to return or exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, simply log in to My Account > Submit Ticket to make a request.
Here’s what to be aware of
Items must be returned in original packaging, in new condition, with all tags attached.
Some items are excluded from return or exchange — check our Returns Policy for details
Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a store credit in the form of a gift certificate, emailed to you. You can also view your gift certificate in My Account.
