How will I know when my return has been processed?

Our friendly team member will contact you by email and keep you updated on the status of your return shipment.

Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse it will be processed within 24 hours.

Our technical staff will review the product upon its return.

If the product is damaged or defective you will be entitled to a full refund (including postage costs).

You have the option of receiving store credit to the full value of the refund that you can use to exchange it with either the same or another product.
