Process for changing your order
There will always come a time when you submit an order and then realize something wrong. Its okay, you have one hour before the order is sent to the warehouse for processing. However it is important to contact us quickly so the order does not proceed further.
To request an order change you first need to login to your MyAccount and select Submit a new Ticket >Select Order Support>Choose the order number from the drop-down. Then in the subject field select “Change an Order”. For your subject select “Change an Order” and let us know in the comments section below what you want changed.
Again, please let us know within one hour of submitting the order that you would like it changed, as this increases the chance of us successfully changing it before it is shipped.
Shipping Address Changes
We understand that sometimes you may input the wrong address when placing your order and need to change it after. Please refer to the above if you are unsure. You can log in to the MyAccount page and select “Order Support”, and complete the form details.
By submitting the changes you made, it doesn’t mean that the shipping address is successfully changed. Our website will automatically create a ticket for your new address and forward it to our customer service team. They will need to access the order and make the amendments for you.
Important Notes
Due to time differences, there may be some delays in our customer service processing time. Therefore, we suggest you submit your change request within one hour of realizing the problem.
