I have received a faulty or damaged item what do I do?
If we have made a mistake (which can happen) we apologize, and will do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
As a first step please login to My Account and choose “Submit Ticket” and tell us what happened.
Our technical staff will review the product upon its return. If the product is damaged or defective you will be entitled to a full refund (including all postage costs) or an exchange
Please note that where products are faulty or damaged upon delivery, you may be asked to upload a photo.
You also have the option of receiving store credit to the full value of the refund that you can use to exchange it with either the same or another product.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used.
