No Nonsense Returns

Let’s be honest, we’ve all been there. We have purchased something and it wasn’t exactly what we thought, that’s why we offer a 15-day window in which you can return your purchase for either an exchange or full refund, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

As a loyal customer, we believe you should be happy with our products. If you’re not entirely satisfied, or if you simply changed your mind, you can return your goods and we will refund the price of the goods.

If you choose to exchange, we will give you a credit in the form of a gift certificate, and if you paid for postage, we will refund that too.

A refund will be processed using the same method as your original payment.

If the returns criteria are not met, we reserve the right to offer you an exchange or gift card which you can use.
