Why has my payment been declined?
The suggested steps if your bank or payment provider has declined your request is firstly you should check that you have entered your payment details correctly.
Some things to check:
Expiry Date: have you entered the date correctly? Has your card expired?
Does the billing address and postcode / ZIP code you entered match the details held by your card provider?
Do you have enough funds on the card?
If you are sure there are no problems with your payment, you can either try an alternative payment method or you will need to contact your bank directly for more information as we are not given a reason for a declined payment.
Payment validation is undertaken by the card issuer, and we have no information why cards are declined.
