I received a faulty item. What should I do?

We are really sorry about this and will do our best to sort it out.

Login to your My Account and choose “Submit Ticket” to let us know what has happened.

Customer support will send you details of where to send the products

You have the choice to get the product exchanged, or if you prefer store credit. You can also choose to be refunded your money.

If you choose refund you will be paid using the same method your purchased the product.

Once again, please accept our apologies and we will do our best to sort it out to your satisfaction.
