Can I exchange an item?

Generally the answer is yes, unless it is excluded. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, different size, or different product altogether please login to My Account and select Submit a Ticket.

Please refer to our Returns Policy for items that are excluded from exchange for full details.

Products must be returned in original packaging in as new condition suitable for resale with all tags attached.

Upon return of the product we will provide you with a store credit in the form of a gift certificate. The details of the gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You can also access the details of your gift certificate from your ‘My Account”.
