Can I return beauty products?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept products without the hygiene seals for the safety of our customers.

We would be grateful if you could please check the product to ensure it is what you ordered before removing any seals. If the product is the wrong type please contact us by logging into My Account and choosing ‘Submit Ticket’.
