- Your store credit will be provided to you via a gift certificate, you can check the status of your returns and gift certificate at any time by logging into My Account.
- You will receive your store credit within 24 hours of your return reaching our warehouse. The store credit will be a gift certificate.
- We will send a store credit confirmation email so you know. You can also check anytime accessing My Account.
